Mission – The mission of Region 5 Expanded Learning Partnerships is to build the capacity of potential and existing After School Education & Safety (ASES) and 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grantees to build, implement, and sustain compliant and high quality before, after school and summer programs.
